Boulevard Apartment is located in one of the most central parts of downtown Budapest and surrounded by countless places of interest, cultural activities, stores, restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs. Situated on Karoly Boulevard, a wide and vibrant avenue, full of all types of stores, restaurants and located 5 minutes walk from the famous pedestrian shopping street, Vaci utca. Deak ter (Square) metro station, which is the junction for all of Budapest's metro lines, is a 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

Boulevard Apartment can accommodate up to 9 persons and has been renovated and equipped in July 2008. Accommodation consists of: 2 bedrooms, each of which has an en suite bathroom with bathtub, shower attachment, washbasin and WC. The kitchen has a full range of appliances including: electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, electric toaster, electric kettle. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, TV, DVD player, work desk with desk lamp.
