What is
Live Availability?
Live
Availability is available for some apartments and can greatly speed up the
booking process by enabling you to see which dates are currently booked
and which dates are free. If you choose one of these apartments, you can
go straight to the "Book this Apartment" section, instead of having to
request availability first.
What time
can I check in?
Earliest
check in time is at 1300hrs and the latest check out time is at 1100hrs,
it may be possible to arrange slightly different times to these but would
be subject to availability and needs to be arranged with the apartment
owner. Please note areas to store luggage are not
always available.
Is the
apartment central?
All
apartments featured on this website are located in the very centre of the
city. Public transport links are very good to all of the apartments and it
is often the case you can walk to many of the sights within a few minutes
of the apartment.
Will there
be someone at the apartment to meet me?/How can I pick up the key to the
apartment?
The
apartment owner will be waiting for you at a pre-arranged time in order to
handover the key, take balance of payment and answer any questions you may
have.
I hear
getting from the airport to the centre/apartment can be difficult, what is
best?
Currently
public transport from the airport is a slow journey into the centre, this
is due to change shortly with a new high speed rail link. Alternatives are
the airport minibus and a taxi. Return transfers can be arranged when
booking certain apartments via the owner, please check
apartment details.
In the
event of a problem with the apartment who can help me?
When we
send you your booking confirmation you will receive contact details for
the apartment owner. They are your contact should any problems arise
during your stay.
I need
accommodation for my business colleagues can you help?
Apartments
and rates are available for our corporate customers, payment can be made
via invoice. Please email with your details

choose the right apartment. If you complete our
Availability Request
form, we shall send you a complete list of apartments which are most
suitable and available for your visit.
When do I
pay?
Payment
is to be made in full
on arrival to the apartment

How do I pay?
The total amount for your stay
is due only on arrival to the apartment in cash. Other forms of payment
may be possible. This must be agreed with the apartment
owner prior to your arrival date.
Is Euros
the only accepted currency?
All prices
are quoted in Euros, unless agreed with the
owner prior to arrival payment will be
due in Euros.
What is your payment
policy ?
The balance is payable
in cash only upon arrival at the apartment. No other payment is needed for
using our reservation service. Prices are per night per apartment.
