Its location one block from the Oktogon metro was very convenient, yet the fact that it faces an inner courtyard (rather than a street) makes it extremely quiet and restful. Its nicest feature is the main sitting room, which is tastefully appointed; its large bed in the loft was also comfortable. The kitchen is functional but could use a better supply of pots and pans. Andy was waiting for us at the appointed meeting time and was very pleasant to deal with. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends looking for a clean, quiet, affordable place to stay while visiting Budapest.11th April 2011 10:35am
Laurent (France) says...great location very close to the opera house and litz sq. appartement clean and nicely decorated. the shower is quite small and (as often in traditionnal hungarian flats) there is no curtain at the window so you\'ll probably have to wake up early with the daylight, that is not a problem if you\'re in Budapest to visit...11th April 2011 10:30am
Jess (UK) says...I stayed in Studio Six with my boyfriend for a long weekend in February and I was incredibly pleased with the apartment and its location. It really is brilliant value for the money.The apartment is comfortable and well equipped for a long weekend, perfect for a couple to share. It backs on to a residential square so that it is really quiet when you go to sleep, but its location is great for traveling from and accessing Budapest by day, and it has a lot of very nice restaurants and bars just on its door step to visit in the evening. I\'m not the kind of person who just sticks to the area in which they are staying to be close to their accommodation, but ended up doing this as the location was just so good.The other great thing for us was that the owner of the apartment was also English, so when we arrived we were able to ask his advice on what to do with our time in Budapest and could get really useful and honest information about the key basics like how to travel to places, where the11th April 2011 10:29am
Jane and Lance (UK) says...My wife and I were delighted with our four night break in Budapest at the end of July. Not least, because the apartment we had booked, Studio Six, gave us everything we required, and more! It proved to be very centrally located, immaculate, exceptionally well equipped – the perfect base for exploring this most interesting of cities. Our only regret, we should have booked for longer as, we felt, there is so much to be seen and to do. Budapest is certainly a city to revisit and weshall look forward to returning. The apartment was booked directly with Budapest Holiday Services who met us on arrival and could not have been more helpful, particularly as our flight was severely delayed.15th February 2011 11:39am

While not a luxury apartment, Studio Six is an excellent bargain for visitors to Budapest. Its location one block from the Oktogon metro was very convenient, yet the fact that it faces an inner courtyard (rather than a street) makes it extremely quiet and restful. Its nicest feature is the main sitting room, which is tastefully appointed; its large bed in the loft was also comfortable. The kitchen is functional but could use a better supply of pots and pans. The temperature was a bit too warm for us (apparently because even with the gas heater turned off, the pilot light threw off a lot of heat), but we coped with that by opening the windows at night. Visitors in the summer should be warned that the room has no a/C, though it does have a large fan. Andy was waiting for us at the appointed meeting time and was very pleasant to deal with. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends looking for a clean, quiet, affordable place to stay while visiting Budapest.15th February 2011 10:26am
Gill and Brian (UK) says...We have just returned from a 4 day break in the beautiful city of Budapest where we stayed in the lovely Studio Six Apt. The location was fab and the surrounding area lively and friendly. The service provided by Andy and Renata was excellent the suggestion to eat locally at Menza was indeed good and the food and value for money great. There was so much to see and do in this lovely city we will definately return for more.15th February 2011 10:25am
