Personal information of
site users is always treated with the up most respect and
confidentiality. The name of the bookee and arrival details (i.e. flight
number etc.) is forwarded to the apartment owner to prepare for the
arrival of the bookee.

Payments can only be
made in Euros (€).
The balance due on arrival may only be paid in other
currencies strictly with the prior arrangement with the
apartment owner.

Payment is to be made in full
on arrival to the apartment

The
apartment keys shall not be handed to the guest until the payment has
been made in full.

The balance is payable
in cash only upon arrival at the apartment. No other payment is needed
for using our reservation service. Prices are per night per apartment.
Prices quoted include all taxes and charges unless previously stated.

The apartment accommodating
the customer and all guests is to be used in a responsible manor and is
to be left in a clean and tidy state upon departure. If any
breakages/damages occur during your stay they are to be brought to the
attention of the apartment owner without fail.

The apartment owner has the
right to refuse entry.

All guests are expected to
adhere to the individual apartment owner's terms and conditions, if this
is not observed the owner has the right to refuse entry and/or evict the
guests.

The apartment booked shall
only accommodate the number of persons quoted on the booking
confirmation voucher for the stated dates. Budapest Holiday Service are
to be informed of any changes that may need to be made to the booking
confirmation voucher.

If there are any queries
regarding booking please quote your booking reference number which you
will receive from us in reply to your enquiry.

Unless specifically stated
no apartments advertised with Budapest Holiday Service accept stag/hen
parties. If this condition is breeched the owner has right to refuse
entry.

If you encounter any
problems with your accommodation you should first raise the issue direct
with the owner. If the situation has not been resolved to your
satisfaction within 48 hours please contact us.

We endeavour to ensure the
accuracy of the property information provided is up to date, however can
not be held responsible for any inaccuracies. To help us keep our
records up to date please inform us if you find any inaccuracies between
the information supplied and the apartment itself.

We will reply to all
enquiries within 24 hours.

Arrival and departure
information are required as soon as possible after your booking has been
confirmed to ensure the apartment and transfers (if applicable) are
ready.

Arrival and Departure
details and key collection are to be arranged directly with the
apartment owner.

The apartment owner and
Budapest Holiday Service can not be held responsible for any events
beyond their control which may affect the customer's use of the
apartment.

In the unlikely event of
cancellation of booking by the owner we shall offer alternative
accommodation where possible.

Budapest Holiday Service
reserves the right to change the price and conditions without notice.
Any changes will be applicable immediately. Exceptions to this will be
previously
confirmed bookings only.

The apartment owner will not be held
responsible for any events beyond their control which may affect the
customer's use of the apartment.

Cancellation:

Budapest Holiday Service shall on
occasion reserve the right to charge a 20% security deposit against a
booking. This will be notified at the time of booking if required.

Customer agrees to all the
conditions stated above. Any breech of this terms and conditions may
result in the cancellation of any provisional/confirmed bookings.
